experience the "real" Hawaii? Come share our farm estate in historic Kau.
Visit South Point, believed landing site of the first Polynesians and southern most point in the U.S. It's just down the road. While there, hike into Papakolea Green Sand beach, the only one on Hawaii. A 12 minute drive takes you to Punalu'u. Black sand and giant sea turtles await you. We're a pleasant home base for a trip to Volcano National Park. Just a 45 minute drive away. For a slower pace, stroll our Macadamia Nut orchard until you reach the meadow. Without light pollution, you'll find stargazing wonderful here.
Ever experience the sweet, intoxicating crunch of a Macadamia fresh from the shell? We're working hard to grow our Macadamias pesticide free. Guests staying at least 3 nights may pick nuts fresh from the orchard floor, then process them using our hand crank machine. We'll take it from there and have them bagged and ready when you leave.  You know what they say about all work and no play! Even farmers like us need a "little" relaxation. Enjoy a few rounds on our private tennis court followed by a refreshing dip in our pool.

| Location: | Extremely central location 1/2 way between Hilo and Kona, at the southern tip of the island. 45 min. from Volcano, easy access to South Point Road, the southern most point in the U.S.A. | ||
| Rooms: | All rooms have private entrances.
 We have a Two-Bedroom Suite composed of the Pauli [sea blue] room, which has both a regular queen and king water bed, fridge, microwave, cable TV, and the Mala [garden] room with a full bed, 2nd cable TV, bistro table and chairs. The suite has a private bath, and the Pauli room may be rented separately. The Mokupuni [island] room has a queen bed, private bath, cable TV, fridge, microwave, bistro table and chairs. Our Honeymoon Suite features full bath, teak canopy queen bed, cable TV, fridge, microwave, along with an antique claw footed tub on your private lanai, bistro table and chairs Volcano and Hawaiian Rooms may be combined as a two bedroom suite [bath is private], or reserved separately [shared bath]. Volcano Room has a queen bed and punee [day bed], cable TV. fridge, microwave. Hawaiian Room has a full bed, cable TV. |

| Rates: | $65 to $135 per night plus tax [11.41%]. Two bedroom suite for maximum of 4 people $120 a night plus tax. | ||
| Breakfast: | Mouth watering full gourmet continental breakfast, incorporating our fresh farm grown tropical fruits and nuts. | ||
| Facilities: | Working Macadamia nut farm. Full tennis court with commanding view of orchard and ocean, in-ground pool. All rooms have cable TV, four rooms have fridges and microwaves. Walking path thru the farm to our meadow. Wonderful light pollution free stargazing. | ||
| Payment & Cancellation Policy: | We accept cash, travelers checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover,
JCB. Deposit: 1 nights rate plus tax will be charged to hold the reservation
[2 nights plus tax for rentals 5 nights and more].
Cancellation: For a full refund [less a $20 rebooking fee] cancellation must be made 30 days or more from 1st night of reservation. Cancellations made within 30 days will forfeit their deposit unless rooms can be re-booked. Balance due at check-in and is nonrefundable for an early departure unless rooms can be rebooked. |
