Location
The Aloha Junction B&B has the ideal location! Cool and uncrowded, it is less than 1 mile from the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park entrance.

Inside the heart of the Village you can discover a variety of interesting restaurants and shops. If you get up early enough, a trip to the Volcano Farmers' Market is filled with fresh food, used clothing, and interesting pieces of art.

We feel this Volcano area is a very powerful and special place. It is alive with molten lava. Please exercise caution and obey all signs in the National Park. If you visit the Park Headquarters, you can view recent volcano movies for free in the auditorium and then get the latest, up-to-date information on the most recent lava flows from the Rangers.

About two miles south is the famous Volcano Golf Course.

Every Sunday, get up early for the Farmers Market - and treat yourself to local foods and handcrafted treasures.

On a bigger scale, we are located on the flanks of Kiluaea - about 26 miles south from Hilo and about 100 miles from Kona.

Travelers from all over the world come here to witness this powerful force of nature. They love it - and you will too. Plan for at least a 2-day stay if you want to see the Park in the Dark and catch all the other activies during the day.
