| Property: | Guest House set on a ten-acre farm. | For those wishing to enjoy fabulous country
atmosphere and climate there is much to do originating in Kohala. Be
our guest and we will help you plan a uniquely Hawaiian experience
including, kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, four wheeling, seasonal
whale watching, and tours of ancient Hawaiian and missionary historic
sites.
Historic Hawi and Kapaau offer gourmet and family restaurants, and unique galleries and shops. See sunsets over Maui, visit world-class beaches and resorts.  The guest house is located on eleven acres. Activities on the property include raising livestock, and growing avocado trees, and tropical fruits and flowers. 
Kohala Country Adventures Guest House is located off of route 270 heading north from the Kona airport. location. Take Route 19 t0 270 north from Kona, or 250 from Waimea-Kamuela to Kapaau,, turn right at Bank of Hawaii,..at corner with the Staue of Kamehameha and Old Courthouse.. meander1/4 mile uphill, "mauka"..turn left into our driveway, at the fork in the road, at our sign.. | Rooms: | The Sun Deck Suite with views of tropical gardens,
sunsets over Maui, the moonrise and stargazing. Included is an attractive
living room and charming dining area with a refrigerator, bar
sink, etc; color television, a king futon, and a double bed. This room
sleeps from 2-6 people. The Garden bedroom is equipped with queen bed, single bed, jacuzzi tub, refrigerator, color television, and deck. This room sleeps 3 people. The Cozy Bedroom and bath has a double bed and twin single beds. This room sleeps from 2-4 people. |

| Rates: | Sundeck $160 Garden $110 Cozy $85 per night, double occupancy, plus state taxes. Additional persons $10/$15 per night. Ask about our possible weekly and multinight rates, and kama'aina discounts. |

| Breakfast: | Enjoy generous continental breakfast at your leisure in your room with breads, tropical fruits, and Kona coffee. | ||
| Facilities: | Common "rec " room with tv, appliances,games, ping pong,
gathering area, seminar-workshop space. Spacious grounds and tropical
flowers. We are minutes from Kamehameha Park with its large swimming pool,
tennis courts, driving range, and playground. Smoking is permitted only away from the Guesthouse area. |

| Payment & Cancellation Policy: | We accept checks or cash - 50% deposit required to
guarantee reservation, balance due on arrival. Deposits will be refunded , less $25.00 service charge, if we are given at least 30 days notice, or if we are able to rebook the accommodations. |
