Kia`i Kai is a great place to enjoy the oceanview from your room or watch a sunrise. Spend a romantic evening counting the stars or watch the moon rise over the Pacific. Sit in one of the common areas and read or write that novel you always wanted to start. Enjoy the benefits of exercising in our lap pool or relax in the hot tub. Watch the whales frolic in the winter months or dolphins spin and somersault all year round. Explore the wonders of nature, Volcanoes National Park, various botanical gardens, hot ponds and tidal pools, and even the summit of Mauna Kea. They are just a short ride from our country setting.

| Rooms: | All rooms have private entrances and daily maid service.
Hawaii Loa Cottage - has an ocean view. The first bedroom has a king size bed, the second has two twins, and the living room has a queen size futon couch. There is a kitchen and satellite TV. Sleeps six. Holomoku Suite - is oceanfront with a queen size bed, private bath, sitting room with a full size futon couch, refrigerator, and microwave.This suite can sleep four. Makalii Room - is oceanfront with a queen size bed and private bath. |

| Rates: | Makalii Room - $95 per night double occupancy;
Holomoku Suite - $125 per night double occupancy plus $10 per additional guest per night; Hawaii Loa Cottage - $155 per night double occupancy plus $10 per additional guest per night. State taxes are not included in the room rates. |

| Breakfast: | We proudly serve 100% Kona coffee and use local produce in our tropical breakfast. | ||
| Facilities: | Common areas include a common room in the main house, a lap pool and hot tub that over look the ocean, water and tropical gardens, and picnic areas. Some of the local torist attractions include volcanoes, lava flow viewing sites, waterfalls, botanical gardens, hiking/biking trails, and star gazing from Mauna Kea. | ||
