Aloha: Welcome to our working coffee and macadamia nut Plantation, a secluded paradise, yet easy to find and centrally located near shopping, dining, hiking and above Kealakeua Bay for snorkeling and kayaking.
This is truly a tropical hideaway, surrounded by nature, native birds, tropical plants, trees and flowers. Just rest in one of the hammocks and listen to the birds, the gentle breezes coming from the trees or the sound of water splashing in the koi ponds.
We love our many farm creatures and all their idiosyncrasies: our white Labrador,the miniature horses,Magnolia,our pot belly pig, friendly peacocks, parrots, chickens and tropical koi fish in the ponds. Our farm is favoured by many wild birds including wild pheasants and turkeys and it is a sanctuary to them all.We are sure you will enjoy them as well.
The elevation is 1200'. The climate is gentle and comfortable. There are many bays and beaches nearby, especially Kealakekua Bay where you may enjoy swimming or kayaking with the dolphins, sea turtles and colorful fish in clear blue Hawaiian waters. The city of refuge and Honaunau Bay aaare just minutes away.
We enjoy catering to our guests, making you as comfortable as possible and guiding you through this Island with inside tips. We also speak German, French and some Spanish. And you may buy our farm grown 100% Kona coffee to take home.

- 17 miles south of Kona airport, about 15 minutes from Kailua-Kona town - between mile marker 110 and 111) Located above Kealakekua Bay - Captain Cook Monument, a marine sanctuary, and a snorkelers paradise. Near hiking trail to Captain Cook Monument.
- Rooms/Suites
- All accomodations have private baths and separate entrances,lanais, TVs and refrigerators. They are comfortable private.
- Rates
- From $89 and up per night, single or double occupancy. $15 extra for each additional person over two. Minimum two-night stay.
- Breakfast
- Buffet style with tropical organic fruits, home made gronola, juices,great coffee, teas, home made breads and marmelades, farm eggs from happy chickensand offered on our ocean view lanai.
- Facilities
- Open gazebo kitchen with large BBQ and dining area, koi ponds, many hammocks to rest in. Ocean kayak rentals available, snorkeling gear is available for a minimal charge of 2.00 per day. The hiking trail to Captain Cook Monument starts on top of Napo'opo'o Road, just a few minutes away. All the macadamia nuts you can eat while here. you may also pick them yourself.

The minimum deposit is a 2 nights charge or 30 % whichever is higher.( The full amount is due in advance for a one night stay , if available (only with short notice and due to last minute cancellations).We normally have a 2 nights minimum stay in all units but the Crow's Nest which has a 3 night minimum stay.
If reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, this deposit will be refunded (minus $35 cancellation fee per unit). If cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, deposit can only be refunded if unit can be re-rented for the time of this reservation.
Guests who simply do not show up without notification will be charged the full amount of the reservation unless we can still rerent this units.Cancellation fee would still be charged. - Payment Options
