Property: Spacious, white-fenced, home in a cul-de-sac in lovely old quiet neighborhood, located at the 800' elevation with a panoramic view of Hilo Bay for glorious sunrise viewing. Aloha! 
Enjoy our cool, quiet, tropical setting, breath taking view of Hilo Bay, and majestic view of Mauna Kea.

Relax and unwind in easy chairs on the long window seat in the spacious sitting room. Sip tasty island juices. Guests set the time for us to serve our fresh island-style breakfasts.

Our large lanai affords spectacular sunrises and the airport lights at night. Our gardens are landscaped with orchids, ferns, native plants and colorful crotons. 


The Blue Ginger Room has a queen bed and twin bed.


The Hawaiian Tropical Room has a queen bed.

Just five minutes away is historic downtown Hilo where you will find a wide variety of churches, shops and boutiques, and restaurants which offer a broad selection of international cuisine. 

You may also enjoy the Lyman museum with the world's finest rock and mineral collection, beautiful Rainbow Falls, famous Boiling Pots, and Hawaii's most popular Farmer's Market. One of our biggest attractions is Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, only 45 minutes away.

Location: In Hilo, on the tropical east coast, five minutes drive from the historic downtown, and fifteen minutes from the airport.

Rooms: Two sparklingly clean, spacious bedrooms with queen-sized beds, private entrances and private baths, luggage racks, ample closets,. One of the rooms is wheel-chair accessible. 
Rates:  $70 - $80 per night plus tax, $5 per night discount for a 3  or more night stay; plus current State taxes.
Breakfast: Fresh Hawaiian fruits, Kona coffee, teas, island juices, and homemade breads are some of the specialties served for your breakfast. 
Facilities: Large lanai, landscaped gardens, ample off-street parking. Guests share a living room and breakfast area, microwave, and refrigerator. 
Payment & Cancellation Policy: We accept Visa, Mastercard, cash, and travelers checks.  Full refund up to 21 days before reservation date.
