Our South Kona location retains the flavor of Old Hawaii, thanks to its unspoiled tropical countryside, patchwork of Kona coffee orchards growing on lava-rock mountain slopes, and quaint little towns yet to see their first chain store. Enjoy our delicious tropical breakfast, served in relaxation on our breakfast lanai, along with local history, guidance to unique attractions, and all the Kona coffee you can drink.....
All our Guest Rooms have been newly remodeled inside and out. All have private lanais for you to enjoy the ocean view, cool breezes, and rural countryside just beyond your door.
Only minutes from: Puuhonua O Honaunau (Place of Refuge), great snorkeling
beaches, an ethnobotanical garden, a historical museum, the Painted Church,
lava tubes, horseback riding, and Kona coffee processing. Volcanoes
National Park, the island's major attraction, is an easy two-hour drive
on the main highway.

| Location: | 20 miles south of Kailua-Kona, overlooking Honaunau Bay. | ||
| Rooms: | All rooms have private entrances, private baths, private lanais with
panoramic ocean view.
The Large Room has ample space for its two queen beds. Our two Regular rooms each have one queen bed. |

| Rates: | $85 - $125 per night, double occupancy.
State taxes will be added to the above rates. Off-season discounts for extended stays. |

| Breakfast: | Breakfasts are sumptuous and include Kona coffee, hot rolls, breads or pastries, Hawaiian-grown tropical fruits, and local jams and jellies. | ||
| Facilities: | Guest Sitting Room with ample comfortable seating for reading and relaxing. Tropical gardens. Healing Room for energy healing sessions by arrangement. | ||
| Payment & Cancellation Policy: | We accept cash, personal checks and travelers checks.
My policy is to return all of the deposit if the cancellation is within fourteen days prior to expected arrival date. If the cancellation is less than fourteen days I have a $50.00 cancellation fee. |
